About the Director

Werner Boucher is the sole director of Boucher attorneys. He obtained his LL.B at the university of Stellenbosch in 2013 and has since gained invaluable experience at a medium sized firm. During the past 6 years he has gained practical experience by doing court work every single day, whether it is district courts, regional courts , the  commercial crimes court or the High court of South Africa. Werner also made sure to attend as many as possible law seminars and legal courses which keeps him up to date with South African law.

A Passion for Law

Werner has a passion for law, something unexplainable, a burning desire to satisfy his client’s needs and expectations, as such he decided to open up a boutique law firm which offers tailor made legal services to every individual or business. He has also recently qualified as a conveyancer of the High court of South Africa and now runs a conveyancing department as well.

Pierre van Wyk

Pierre van Wyk hails from the Western Cape. He completed his B.Com degree at the University of South Africa during June 2015 and his LL.B during October 2017. Pierre commenced employment as a candidate attorney at a medium sized law firm in the Western Cape. He completed his articles during October 2019.

Pierre specializes in general Magistrate’s and High court Litigation, after hour bail applications, domestic violence disputes, maintenance disputes, criminal law, evictions, Rental Housing disputes and Consumer Protection Disputes.

Pierre has a passion for finding a solution to his client’s problems and more often than not, attend to matters of an urgent nature as he is known to thrive under pressure to provide exceptional legal advice and representation when the stakes are high.

Jenna-Lee Friedman

LLB (Nelson Mandela University) (Friedman Conveyancing).

She gained invaluable experience having worked in a small firm and a large firm which afforded her the ability to deal with high profile matters (Commercial and Conveyancing) whilst learning the importance of providing personalised service to clients.

Jenna-Lee has a decade’s worth of extensive experience in sectional title developments with a commercial law background and a flare for public relations work. She has been an admitted conveyancer since 2018..

Dené nel

LLB Final Year (Student) and Conveyancing Secretary.

Dené joined our firm in October 2023 where she will be perusing her interest in the conveyancing department.

She previously gained vital experience having worked in a small firm and a medium firm which afforded her the ability to deal with transfer registrations, client relations, and marketing. Her legal career has been marked by dedication, determination, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

She provides quality service to all parties involved in the transfer process. Dené will be completing her studies in 2024 and commence her clerkship with our firm.
